Rick Ross Names Burna Boy, Bob Marley and Fela Kuti in His Ultimate Dream Collab

American rapper Rick Ross has revealed the artists he would love to collaborate with on what he describes as his ultimate dream record.

Speaking during a recent livestream interview, the Maybach Music boss said his dream collaboration would feature reggae legend Bob Marley, Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, and Grammy-winning Afrobeats star Burna Boy.

According to Rick Ross, bringing together such iconic names from different musical backgrounds would create a legendary song.

“If I had a dream collaboration right now, it would be Rick Ross, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti and Burna Boy. Imagine such a record. To me, that’s king-level. That’s next level,” he said.

The rapper explained that combining reggae, Afrobeat and hip-hop on one track would make the project truly unique and powerful.

Rick Ross also mentioned that if given the opportunity, he would add another legendary voice to the lineup: Nigerian-British singer Sade.

“I am the boss but I don’t know if I could get Sade to collaborate with me. I will put that on the wish list. I love Sade. Salute queen,” he added.
